What documents do I need to rent a car in Nicosia?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a passport/ID, and a credit card for the security deposit. Non-EU visitors may be asked for an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their home license. Make sure the name on the card matches the main driver.
Is insurance included in your car rentals?
Yes. All rentals include basic coverage as required in Cyprus. For extra peace of mind you can add CDW/SCDW to reduce excess, plus optional glass/tyre cover. We’ll show all options and the exact excess before you confirm your booking.
Can I rent a car in Nicosia without a credit card?
In most cases a credit card in the main driver’s name is required for the security deposit. If you don’t have one, contact us—depending on the vehicle class and dates, we can sometimes arrange debit-card rentals or a reduced deposit with extra cover.
Do you offer airport pickup at Larnaca (LCA) or Paphos (PFO)?
Yes. We deliver and collect at Larnaca Airport (LCA) and Paphos Airport (PFO), as well as hotels and addresses across Nicosia. Tell us your flight number and we’ll monitor delays so your car is ready when you land.
What are the age requirements to rent a car?
Typically 23–70 with at least 1 year of driving experience. Drivers 21–22 can rent selected groups with a young-driver fee; drivers 71+ may need additional cover. Send us your dates and we’ll confirm eligibility for specific vehicle classes.
Can I drive the rental car to Northern Cyprus?
Cross-border use is restricted and not covered by standard insurance. If you plan to cross at the Green Line, you must inform us in advance so we can advise on third-party cover options and any extra fees. Unauthorised crossings void insurance.
What is your fuel and mileage policy?
Fuel policy is like-for-like: return the car with the same level to avoid refuelling charges. Mileage is generous for local use; longer trips or monthly rentals can be arranged with custom mileage. Ask us for the best plan for your itinerary.
Do you have child seats, GPS, or additional driver options?
Yes—ISOFIX child seats, boosters, GPS, phone mounts, and additional driver options are available. Add what you need during booking or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll attach them to your reservation.

How do deposits and refunds work?
We place a temporary pre-authorisation on your card at pickup. Once the car is returned on time, refuelled, and undamaged, the hold is released by your bank (release times vary by bank). We’ll advise the exact deposit per vehicle class before booking.
