To rent with Infinite Car Rentals, you must provide an original, valid driving license held for at least 1 year, along with your Passport or National ID. A credit or debit card in the main driver’s name is required for the rental payment and the security deposit. Additionally, drivers must be between 21 and 80 years old, noting that a young driver surcharge applies to those aged 21–24

To extend your rental with Infinite Car Rentals, simply contact our team at least 24 hours before your current agreement ends. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed by our staff to ensure your insurance coverage remains valid. You will need to settle the additional rental costs via your registered credit or debit card, and in some cases, a brief visit to one of our locations may be required to sign the updated rental agreement

To cancel your booking with Infinite Car Rentals, simply send us a message via WhatsApp or submit a written request at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. While we offer flexible cancellation, please note that a charge equivalent to a maximum of two rental days may apply depending on the timing, and "No-shows" are subject to the full prepaid rental fee

All Infinite Car Rentals vehicles are fully insured in accordance with Cyprus law. Every rental includes mandatory Third-Party Liability Insurance, which covers death, injury, and property damage to others.  

To ensure a stress-free experience, you have three main levels of protection to choose from:

• Standard (CDW): Included in your daily rate, this reduces your financial responsibility for damage to the rental car to a fixed "excess" amount (deposit).

• Super (SCDW): An optional upgrade that reduces your excess/deposit by 50%.  

   

   

• Full (FCDW): Our most comprehensive option, which reduces your liability and excess to zero (€0) for maximum peace of mind.  

   

   

Important Exclusions: Standard insurance does not cover the underside of the vehicle, tires, or glass unless specific additional waivers are added. Coverage is also voided if the car is driven off-road (including the Akamas Peninsula), under the influence of alcohol, or into Northern Cyprus, as southern insurance policies are not legally recognized across the border

All rental charges are payable in advance or at the time of pickup using:

• Credit Cards: All major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard).

• Debit Cards: We accept most major debit cards for both payment and the required security pre-authorization.

• Mobile Payments: For a faster checkout, we support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Cash: You also have the option to pay in Cash (Euros) at the till upon vehicle collection
