## What documents do I need to rent a car?

## What’s included in the rental price?
Our rates include unlimited mileage within Cyprus, basic insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Optional extras like GPS, child seats and cross-border insurance can be added when booking.
## Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers can be added as long as they meet the same age and license requirements and are listed on the rental agreement.
## What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a refueling fee will apply.
## Do you offer airport or one-way rentals?
We offer free delivery and one-way rentals between Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and other major cities and airports. Please provide flight details when reserving to ensure timely service.
## What vehicle types are available?
WeWe maintain a diverse fleet of economy cars, compact hatchbacks, SUVs, minivans, luxury sedans and hybrids. All vehicles are well maintained and typically less than two years old.
## Can I drive outside Cyprus?
Crossing into northern Cyprus is permitted, but you must purchase additional insurance at the border that covers the northern side. Payment for this insurance can be made by credit or debit card
## Do I need insurance?
Yes. By law, all drivers in Cyprus must have a valid insurance policy. We provide third‑party liability cover as standard, and you can upgrade to comprehensive insurance (CDW) or add extra options like glass and tyre cover at the time of booking or pick‑up.
## What is your payment & cancellation policy?
A credit or debit card is required for the security deposit. Payments can be made by credit or debit card or bank transfer. You can cancel most bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start time.
