The booking form starts with nearby Ayia Napa City Center because there is no dedicated Protaras pickup option. For collection at a Protaras hotel, send the address and confirm delivery with our team before booking. Any location charge and short-rental minimum are confirmed in advance.

Rental requirements and clear terms
Documents and payment
Bring your original driving licence, passport or national ID, booking confirmation and a debit or credit card in a named driver's name. A spouse's card is accepted when the spouse is added as a named driver. A licence in a non-Roman alphabet requires an International Driving Permit alongside the original.
Only drivers named on the contract may drive the car.
Age, deposit and fuel
Drivers aged 25–80 need a licence held for at least one year. Drivers aged 21–24 need two years, may rent eligible Economy vehicles only and pay a €6 daily young-driver surcharge.
The standard refundable deposit is €300; selected cover may reduce it. Deposit and damage excess are confirmed with your booking. Fuel is full-to-full. Unlimited kilometres apply within the Republic of Cyprus unless your agreement states otherwise.

Enjoy Fig Tree Bay, Pernera, Konnos Bay and Cape Greco, or visit Ayia Napa for a day. Plan your route on permitted public roads and allow time for resort traffic and parking.
Drive on the left and follow posted speed limits. Confirm your return point and time before the last day, including any out-of-hours arrangement. Contact our team promptly if your plans change.

Ask for advance permission and written confirmation on the rental agreement. The named driver must buy the required border insurance at the checkpoint. Our rental insurance and roadside assistance do not extend into Northern Cyprus.

Booking a car for Protaras, Fig Tree Bay or Pernera
The nearby online pickup point is Ayia Napa City Center. Protaras is not currently listed as a separate online pickup location. If you need the car at a Fig Tree Bay hotel, a Pernera apartment or another Protaras address, request delivery and receive confirmation before booking. For a flight arrival, selecting Larnaca airport lets you start the rental at LCA instead.

Which pickup location should I choose for Protaras?
Choose the nearby Ayia Napa City Center option in the online booking form. There is currently no separate Protaras pickup entry. Contact us first if you need hotel delivery.
Can you deliver to Fig Tree Bay or Pernera?
Delivery to selected Protaras hotels and addresses can be requested. Availability, handover time and any delivery or collection fee must be confirmed before booking.
Can I rent a car in Protaras for one day?
Short rentals are subject to vehicle availability and the applicable minimum rental charge. Check the total for your dates before confirming; a one-day rental is not necessarily charged at a single daily rate.
Do you accept debit cards for the rental and deposit?
Debit and credit cards are accepted. Bring a card in a named driver’s name and check the refundable deposit and payment details shown with your booking. A spouse’s card is accepted when the spouse is added as a named driver.
What are the driver age and licence requirements?
Drivers must be aged 21–80. Drivers aged 25–80 need at least one year of licence history. Drivers aged 21–24 need at least two years, may rent Economy vehicles only, and pay a €6 daily young-driver surcharge. Bring the original licence and passport or national ID.
