Bring the original documents required for your rental:
Drivers with licences that do not use Roman characters require an International Driving Permit. The minimum rental age is 21. Drivers aged 21–24 are limited to economy-category vehicles and a €6 per day young-driver surcharge applies. Licence-history requirements also apply under the rental terms.

Crossing into Northern Cyprus is permitted with prior confirmation from Infinite Car Rentals. You must purchase the required border insurance and inform the pickup agent so written confirmation can be added to your rental contract. If you plan to cross, tell us before travelling rather than arranging it after you have started the rental.
Confirm your return arrangements when collecting the vehicle, particularly if you have an early-morning or late-night flight.
There is a 59-minute return grace period. After that, a full additional rental day may be charged. For out-of-hours returns, the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it has been inspected by staff.

Third-Party Liability and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) are included under the standard rental terms, subject to exclusions. For Economy-category vehicles, LCDW costs €6 per day or €100 per month and reduces the damage excess to €1,200; SCDW costs €11.50 per day or €150 per month and reduces it to €800. Other vehicle categories can have different excess amounts, and zero-excess or full insurance is not normally offered.
