Best Places to Visit in Larnaca by Car
Finikoudes and the Old Town
Finikoudes is the best-known seafront in Larnaca, with restaurants, cafes and easy access to the Church of Saint Lazarus and the old town. Central parking can become busy, so a compact vehicle is convenient if your itinerary includes several city stops.
Mackenzie Beach
Mackenzie is a short drive from the city centre and is popular for beach time, restaurants and aircraft views near Larnaca Airport. Parking availability changes by time of day, particularly in the evening.
Larnaca Salt Lake and Hala Sultan Tekke
The salt-lake area is close to the airport and can be combined with Hala Sultan Tekke in a short local drive. Flamingos are seasonal, so do not plan a visit on the assumption that they will always be present.

Choosing a Car for Larnaca

Green Line Travel
Infinite Car Rentals customers may request permission to drive across the Green Line. Permission must be arranged in advance. The required temporary local third-party insurance must be purchased for driving in Northern Cyprus, and Infinite Car Rentals’ Republic of Cyprus insurance does not extend there. Normal roadside assistance is not provided in Northern Cyprus.
